Terms of service
1. Study plan and Execution
Details for the study will be specified in the study plan. BioReperia will carry out the experiments in accordance with the agreed-upon study plan.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
BioReperia shall perform the services in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
3. Data Accuracy and Liability
BioReperia acknowledges that it shall be responsible for the accuracy of all Raw Data generated as a result of the service. BioReperia is not responsible for and does not accept any liability in respect of the use of the Raw Data by our customers.
4. Provision of Materials and Information
Customer shall provide BioReperia with the necessary materials to enable BioReperia to carry out the services. Customer shall also provide any relevant information regarding procedures and warnings reasonably necessary to help assure the safe handling, use, and disposal of the Customer´s material.
5. Use of Customer Materials
BioReperia acknowledges that the Customer Material shall only be used for the performance of the services or where required by Customer. Any Customer Material provided by Customer to BioReperia for the performance of the services shall remain the property of Customer. BioReperia acknowledges that it shall have no proprietary rights or interest in the Customer Material..
6. Disposal and Return of Materials
BioReperia can send treated embryos and water after the finished experiment. The cost for this will be covered by Customer.
7. Use of Raw Data
BioReperia shall retain the right to use Raw Data relating to positive or negative control groups, or from treatment groups in a fully anonymized manner, for marketing and scientific purposes, provided that this in no way discloses any Confidential Information or identifies Customer, Customer´s Know-How, Associates, or Materials.
